40+ min wait for food, mildly complained, as we left the owner YELLS bye hope to never see you again

Well I went on 2/13/16 and ordered a call one and buffalo chicken sub. Not only did I wait a bit longer than usual to get my order but when they actually brought our carry out order to the counter we checked the pizza box which was suppose to hold the calzone, nope is was a large pizza. Honest mistake I guess so she grabbed another pizza box from atop the oven and gave it to us. We checked this one to it was a calzone, the girl at the counter ensured me it was correct and the manager double ensured me it was correct. Got home and I open up the box ripped it apart and it was a stomboli and not even close to the toppings I ordered. I call up their to ask if my calzone was ready and after explaining to them the situation, I at this point got hung up on. Call back and got an attitude. While I did get a refund for part of my order I didn't even get to close of satisfaction or a pleasant attitude from the manager. You could've at least turned around looked me in the eyes and apologized. You wasted 45 minutes of my time gave me bad service and a horrible attitude. You think a partial refund was correct!!!! Do you have something against the LGBT community, because I'm sensing and feeling Amores does. What a shame.

First, It is a Saturday night and I looked online to make sure they were open. They are supposedly open until 11pm tonight. I tried to make a take out order (i live less than 2 minutes away) for an order of garlic knots and a little cup of alfredo sauce to dip them in at 10:44pm tonight. They basically told me too bad, go pound sand. I could hear the woman who answered the phone asking what I assume was the cook if he would make it and the response was no. She even actually said "you are not going to make an order of garlic knots?" I am appalled that my order or future business was not worth their time because it was only an order of garlic knots and cup of alfredo sauce and they did not feel like cooking it. I was offered half an order of what I am pretty sure were old garlic knots, that were on there way into the trash, with no alfredo sauce, if I wanted. Like they were doing me a huge favor. I am pretty sure they must have been old ones headed for the trash because if you can make half an order you can make a whole order. I have never heard of a restaurant not serving food during their normal business hours and basically being able to tell a potential paying customer "i do not want to work or do my job anymore today even though we clearly advertise we are still open. Your business is not important to us" I am not sure why they would have a closing time that they advertise if it means nothing and willingly refuse business because they do not want to do their job anymore. The funny part about this is I have ordered this before for take out and they actually made it all from scratch, including the alfredo sauce, while I sat there and waited and it took about 10 minutes to make. I can not believe they are so unprofessional and run their business this way. I will never order from there again and I will tell everyone I can about the unprofessional and rude way I was treated because they did not feel like doing their job. I am sorry my business was not important enough for your business during your normal business hours.

Most like New York pizza in Venice. Authentic pasta sauce. The owner backs the bread. Great people.

amores is the best restaurant ive ever been to. they treat the staff and customers like family. when i walk in there im greeted instantly and that makes me feel comfortable right away. their food is always amazing and they deffinately know what their doing and they do it perfectly. you guys are doing great and keep up the good work :)
