They best car shopping experience I have ever had. The Finance Manager, Vick is a true professional and offers excellent customer service. Also, Kenny the sales person who helped with the purchase is very pleasant with good customer service skills . Very happy with my purchase ! Thanks again

And I always used to drive BMWs.

WORST DEALERSHIP I'VE EVER BEEN TO, NOT WORTH YOUR TIME! I called Infiniti of Van Nuys and spoke with Andy, who said he is the fleet manager. I gave him a quote that I received from a different infiniti dealership in Orange County and he promised to match those prices. I explained to him that my friends and I are interested in 4 vehicles and are very serious. I also told him that I am nine months pregnant and not coming to play games or bargain. He, of course, reassured me that they are just as serious and that I can come immediately and leave with a new car.

My friend and I got there immediately and went over all the details of this deal, he took our information and ran all of our CREDITS (!!!) he told us that everything is looking good, keys were already on his desk, and so I called my husband and asked him to take a quick break from work and come down to sign final paperwork.

Only when my husband was on his way, Danny, a "floor manager", came to us and said that there's a bit of a "dilemma". Apparently they maid a mistake and missing a mysterious incentive that would allow them to give us this deal and therefore we'd have to add $1500 to the cost!!! We were disappointed and argued this random price and the fact that it feels like a fraud and after about an hour, Danny "agreed" to meet us half way and increase the price by $390 but only for 2 of the 4 cars. We agreed.

He went to "prepare the paperwork", and in the meanwhile Andy came back to sign my husband on a document that allows them to run his credit (only after the fact). Then Danny came back and kindly explained to us that SINCE WE DON'T LOOK LIKE HAPPY CUSTOMERS, HIS BOSS IS REFUSING TO GIVE US THIS NEW DEAL BECAUSE IT'S NOT WORTH IT FOR THEM!

From there, everything went downhill. My husband got really upset for the wasted time (we were there for about 3 hours) and I was upset because of the fraud and dishonesty! The mysterious "boss" suddenly appeared and started screaming and swaring at my husband. THEY REFUSED TO GIVE US THE FIRST PAGE OF OUR CREDIT REPORTS WHEN WE ASKED FOR IT, WHICH IS ILLEGAL, ESPECIALLY COMBINED WITH THE FALSE PROMISES AND DEALS.

I ENDED UP FINDING AN AMAZING BROKER AND GETTING A MUCH BETTER DEAL AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. Stay tuned for the positive review! STAY AWAY FROM INFINITI OF VAN NUYS IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME AND MONEY.

TERRIBLE!!!! The previous owners screwed my employer big time. We have the paper trail to prove it. Not knowing that the dealership had been sold we contacted them to help rectify the issue.

1. The car was delivered 3 months late.

2. Reimbursement for 3 months of car payments that were paid and my boss didn't have the car in his possession.

2. Dealership never registered the car.

3. Reimbursements for the tickets received when driving the car because the car was NEVER registered

4. Instead of money my boss asked for a better maintenance plan.

They agreed to that and the 3 months of payments that were made when a car was never in our possession. We have all the emails that state this. Then nothing... Not a word... We emailed and called and emailed and called. Finally we took a break and waited.

When I finally got hold of someone they said because the dealership had been sold it wasn't their problem. I finally had to threaten to put up a yelp and a google plus review before they put me on with the GM George.

Lets just say that George was less than thrilled to speak with a women. He was demeaning and rude the entire conversation. My employer is male and all George kept repeating is that he would prefer to speak with him. The man that wrote the email. Which I explained I'd written the email on behalf of my employer, my signature is at the bottom of the email. To which he argued. I said his signature is in the email thread I enclosed with as proof that we were promised these things and have yet to receive them.

He was still very rude but at least he quit yelling at me to get his point across. He said that he owed us nothing and that this was not his problem. Which then I said that I would blow them up on Yelp and Google plus with a less than content review. He then threatened to sue me. Which I said that I can leave a review about this experience and I would be well within my rights. George said that this is not his problem and that the other owners need to deal with this, I came back with, I understand that but he is now your client. He's not asking for the hundreds owed to him from over paying for his car or for the tickets to be reimbursed. All he wants is a better maintenance plan. THAT'S IT! I don't think that's unreasonable at all !

Finally he agreed that it was not unreasonable and said that I had to get him the mileage. Once he had the mileage he could give me the options for a maintenance plan.

Since it's not my car I don't have this off hand. I did get the info within the hour and emailed it to him. No response. I called him and left it on his voicemail with my contact info... No response. I waited 4 days and called again... No response.

I let another week go and left a message with the front desk. NO RESPONSE

Called 2 days later... No Response.

Left another message with the front desk... NO RESPONSE

Needless to say George promised a maintenance plan and not only didn't deliver but avoided ALL of my CALLS.!

I'm not a yelper BUT I did promise them that I would yelp my experience good or bad.

MY SUGGESTION - GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE TO BUY A CAR!!!! Even being purchased by a new company they are terrible and ill equipped to deal with customers.

Keep in mind I've summed up my experience. There is so much more to this completely terrible experience but I just gave you the meat and potatoes.

Customer for years...

I've purchased several Infinitis at this dealership. Whenever I purchase or lease a car I shop pricing carefully and feel that I'm getting a fair deal here. They also run a tight ship in thier service department. I've never had to bring the car back for problems after a service in all the years I've gone there. Additionally, they make sure thier customers are comfortable in a nice wait area. I appreciate the internet access, coffee, water and cookies too.
