Called and got a same day appointment to fix our broken dryer, compared to another company who said it would be two weeks before they could come out. Got an appointment time and the owner came himself and repaired and cleaned our dryer in less than 30 minutes. Best service ever! Highly recommend this company!

I was completed satisfied with the visit. The technician, Dave, quickly diagnosed the problems with both the washer and dryer. He showed me the broken part on the dryer and demonstrated how it caused the problem. He quickly replaced the broken part and ran the dryer to make sure all was well. The washer was a bigger problem. He gave me detailed cost options for the repair and since the washer was almost 30 years old, I opted to have it replaced. My experience with this company is very positive.

They came out and serviced my dishwasher. From start to finish they told me what was wrong with it and told me how they were going to fix it. The technician was very professional, knew what he was doing, very customer service oriented. Did not try and talk me into saying anything else was wrong. I believe that they will try and help save you money if they can. The technician was very honest, ethical, and had outstanding customer service. They were great from start to finish. I have an older dryer that stopped heating. I called for service and they scheduled me for a time that was convenient for me. On the day of service They called me to let me know they were on their way and showed up promptly. The tech was friendly, polite, and knowledgeable. He explained everything and fixed my dryer in record time. I will call Thompsons from now on for all appliance repairs and recommend them to others with rave reviews!

We had never had to call an appliance repair service before and needed one quickly as our oven went out and I had a birthday cake to bake. My husband Dan went down the list only to hear that no one could be there till later the following week. Until he called Thompson's.... Adolph (I think he is from the Canton location) arrived soon after we called, had the oven fixed in 15 minutes, and was so pleasant the whole time he was working! The bill was reasonable. I am so happy with the service I received from Adolph at Thompson's Appliance Repair! He came out to fix my water dispenser on my side-by-side refrigerator. He arrived when he said he would, charged me only what he said he would, and took the time to show me how I could do another repair needed on the refrigerator myself. He even went online to show me the cheapest places to buy the parts. I will definitely use this company again!

I overpaid. The owner agreed to refund, but has never sent a check. The owner does not pick up a call from me.

I called Mr. Thompson this morning about a washer I was having problems with. Because my husband is mechanical he had tried to troubleshoot it himself but we could not determine the cause. I explained everything we did to Mr. Thompson who was able to tell me, over the phone, the estimate of what he thought was wrong with it. The cost to repair would have exceeded the amount I was willing to pay so I decided to go ahead and replace it. He saved me the time, money and aggravation of an appointment to tell me what we already thought was true, dead motor. Thank you Mr. Thompson, you will definitely be our repair company moving forward. It is hard to find such honesty and integrity in business these days, how refreshing!

I called in the morning around 11 and two appliances were repaired by 4. That was after the diagnostic visit and then the return for repair. Very kind and polite service. Price for diagnostics was given up front and the cost of the repair was given up front also. Will definately recommend this company to anyone needing appliance repair.

I called this business because of all of the 5 star ratings. I asked what the service call would cost me and I thought, wow that is great but when the person came out I found out that there was also a minimum labor charge that I was not told about on the phone. I don't care what they call it a minimum charge is part of a service call. I am not rating the service, I have no complaints, but all appliance repair should be upfront about all of their minimum charges, no matter what they call it.

I submitted my information online and within 1 minute they called me back. They fixed my problem over the phone and never even had to come out. They never charged me anything for the service. I will definitely recommend them to friends and family and will use them myself for all my appliance repair needs!
