The therapy department at Prizm Pain Management Specialists has the hands down best physical therapy staff out there. John Putnam was my Physical Therapist and I recommend him to anyone in need of physical therapy. The therapy department here is so different than other places. First, they truly care about their patients and provide quality care. They don’t just throw you out after an hour, instead they take their time with you while providing truly personalized care and they do everything they can to fix your pain and problems. The whole therapy team is so positive, kind and exercise great team work. John is a hard working person whom you can tell truly loves what he does for a living. He is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Also John’s confidence was so refreshing. When I say that, I mean he helped me believe I was going to get better. Other places I received therapy at just told me, “Well if this doesn’t work talk to your primary doctor”. However, John would just remind me not to worry and that it will work out and he can always try something else the next session. I was in a car accident last year and was left with extreme pain and tightness in my neck, shoulders, and head. Before I saw John, I was going to physical therapy several times a week for about two months at several different therapy buildings but nothing was getting better. After talking to other people that had been in car accidents with whiplash, I truly started to believe I would be dealing with my pain for several years. I never knew that pain affects a person’s life so severely. After eight sessions of dry needling with John, I can say I feel normal again. I’m so happy to not be in constant pain and so excited to start the summer doing things I love. If you are struggling with pain or are in need of physical therapy, try this place first, you won’t be disappointed.
