The doctor had me wait a LONG time before I got to see her,that I dealt with.Even though there were few patients in the waiting room.A couple of months later,I was walking along the street and I tripped and hurt my ankle.I was near a payphone,thank god.To my dismay,I heard a message that said they don't want PRIVATE calls! I could not unblock the pay phones phone number.I even spoke to the operator and tried using *82 and its not allowed from a payphone so I had to make other arangements to get the care I needed. I spoke to the office staff and they played dumb. I called another after hours number and reached the doctors home and a male doctor also played dumb.I explained the problem I had and asked them to fix it.Two months later and several more phone calls and the doctor STILL is afraid of a private call.By law people who call to solicit MUST display a valid phone # on caller I.D. or else face very stiff penalties as per the FEDERAL COMMUNICATIONS COMMISION. If they continue with this ARROGANCE, I am not going to their doctors office EVER AGAIN.P.S my ankle is alittle better however NOT due to YOUR care.
