I finally got my insurance and was calling Dentists everywhere here in Davis because I was in a lot of pain. Unfortunately, the earliest I can be accommodated is in a month. Since I work in Vacaville, I decided to look for one there. I called this office and was offered to be seen that day but may be a little bit of wait since they were just squeezing me in to their schedule. I came in and was welcomed and accommodated right away and started the paper works. I was guaranteed to help me get out of pain but might need to reappoint me if it is going to be a long procedure. The office is busy but very friendly. When I got in the chair, they took x-rays and the staff stayed with me and made sure I understand what was going on in my mouth. When the doctor came, he introduced himself as Dr. T. He immediately assured me that I am in the right place and will help me take care of my concern. The doctor spent a great deal of time explaining what was going on and what was necessary to alleviate my pain. You can tell that the doctor is very thorough and patient. True to their commitment, I was taken care of same day and on my way out , they already called in my prescription and ready to be picked up. I have been in this office for may years and don't mind the 20 mile commute. I tried to go in one of the offices in Davis but the quality of care is so much different in this office.

This place is just awesome. There are three doctors here and all of them are really competent, compassionate and courageous. Courageous because they are brave enough to deal with my phobia with dentists. Of all three though my favorite is Dr. T, he is very gentle with his shots and very patient with me. Although I don't mind being seen by any. The are all great anyways.

I had an emergency and was seen right away despite of their busy schedule. I just had to wait a little but promised to be accommodated that same day. The staff were very efficient and very knowledgeable. The doctor was very compassionate and caring and very gentle. I left the office very happy and pain free. I have yet to come back to finish the job. The whole experience was awesome and painless.

Best dental experience ever!! Staff and doctor truly care about your welfare. Found a dentist i can trust for my family.

This is a place where they continually update to give their patients the latest and greatest. They always ask how they did and what they can do to improve more on their service. They value my opinion and they listen. They help me go forth with my concern and exhaust all available resources to accomplish it. I had gum problem and I had to come 3-4 times a year to make sure my gums are healthy but my insurance will pay only twice a year. Me and my dentist are so excited that my gum problem is now under control which was not detected from my previous dentist despite of my constant gum bleeding and gum receding. My problem was I could not afford to come more than twice a year. They are so concerned so much that they are willing to pay for the third and fourth cleaning so I will not fall off the wagon and come every 3-4 months for my cleaning. My teeth are now cavity free and my gums are healthy. Thanks to the genuine care I got from this office. They really do Vacavile Dental "CARE".

The quality of dental care you receive in this office is excellent. Definitely a friendly place. The staff and doctors are very good at what they do. I have been referred here by my coworker and have been coming here ever since.

I walked thru the doors and sat in a station. The stations are well kept including the restroom. Ivy made me feel comfortable as she saw my anxiety and discomfort of pain. She explained the next steps that would need to take place before Dr. T could see me. X-rays, etc. I was impressed with all the gadgets. It was finally my turn to visit with Dr. T and he put me and my mind at ease. We discussed my dilemma and he reviewed my X-rays unfortunately my tooth had an infection that could not be saved and therefore I gave my consent to proceed with an extraction. During the process, if I felt discomfort he wanted to know by raising my left hand. As we began, I was amazed at how steady, patient and gentle his hands were. I felt a little discomfort and he stop to ensure I was numb enough to proceed. He continued to extract my tooth and before I knew it, he was done. I NEVER had to raise my left hand again. Ivy provided me with my after care information and Bella called in my medication. As I laid it bed at home, i was surprised to receive a call from Dr. T to see how I was doing which made me feel special.

I was referred to Vacaville Dental Care quite some time ago however out of fear of dentists, I never made an appt. Then the unexpected happened, I found myself with an aching tooth. As much as I tried to fight the pain ( I have a high threshold of pain), I couldn't take it no more...the throbbing became unbearable. I broke down and called them. Lucky for me they had an opening at 1 pm. The office is located close to the Vacaville Outlets with plenty of parking space. The office DOES NOT smell like a dental office. The waiting room is inviting with the latest varieties of magazines to read while you wait. The receptionist (Bella) greeted me with a smile. I filled out the necessary paperwork and then waited for my turn while I contemplated bolting out the door because of my fear of the dentist. I didn't even wait long when my name was called.
