JC Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning

We just rented this house 3 months ago and my dog got really sick. She urinated on the carpet multiple times and you coud barely stand to walk in the room it smelled so bad. I called JC carpet and they said they may not be able to get it all out. I really appreciated their honesty so I scheduled an appointment. Mike showed up exactely on time. He checked the carpet, told me step by step what he was going to do, he explained everything. He was the nicest person and we spent the whole time he was working talking. It was a pleasure having Mike in our home. It's been almost 2 weeks since the carpets were cleaned and the smell is gone and the carpets look beautiful. I woudn't use any other carpet cleaning business. JC carpet cleaning is the only cleaning company I will ever call again. I would recommend them to anyone who needs their carpets cleaned. Ask for Mike, he's the best.

My family has been using JC Carpet Cleaning for several years now. We have a home in Pittsburg and an apartment in San Francisco. We've been very happy with the service they provide. Recently we contracted them to clean our carpets again, they told us they now do tile & grout cleaning so we had them clean our kitchen floors. Once again the results were just what we expected, excellent! I've always thought they were a little expensive, but the results and the quality of the service keeps us coming back to them. We tried other companies in the past to try to save money but for some reason they never seem to do the work as good as Jorge and his crew. The bottom line is we will only use JC Carpet Cleaning for our home.

i recently had my bathtub leak through my wall and under my hallway carpet. when i called jorge, he was already on a job in danville but came to my house in antioch after, he pulled up my carpet and took care of all the water damage with these cool turbo fans.next day it was dry, he came back and put it all back together and cleaned my carpets better than they ever looked. i highly recomend jorge for any carpet related problem

Jorge was very informative with pricing and details her quoted over the phone. He called the night before the scheduled day and confirmed our appointment and expected arrival time. He called on his way just to confirm directions as the new bypass isn't listed in most GPS systems yet.

Jorge came in and explained what he was going to do and got right to work. He was well prepared to what he was confronted with regarding spots and high traffic areas. He also moved furniture for us and placed all furniture on pads so that the metal on the feet of the furniture didn't rest on the damp carpet and leave rust marks or discolor it in anyway.

We're extremely happy with his price, quality and service. Since we have a new indoor puppy, we'll be calling him out again. Thank you Jorge.
