DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP FOR ANY WORK.

I just had a horrible experience with this Auto Shop. Three weeks ago I was in an accident on Marshall Road, someone backing off from the hardware store and hit me. Needless to say my car was damaged badly. The cops pushed my car into Vinny's auto. They felt they hit the lottery. It was a very big job. I did not want them to do the work but without my permission they took my car apart, when I found out and went to pick up my car, it was disassembled even after a big argument, I ended up leaving the car upon Matt's assurance and re-assurance and asking me to give him a chance. I was frustrated and gave in. After more than two weeks, I got a called that my car was ready to pick up.



I went to pick up my car body work looks satisfactory, after payment I drove off, The 1st thing I felt was a very strong vibration driving my car. I turned around and went back to the shop, I told them the problem and they said "o it would go away after some driving, drive a few days if it continue bring it back and we'll take care of it". Two three days later I went back because not only the vibration got worst the dashboard lights were also dead. This time they had the nerve to tell me its not accident related its because of normal wear and tear of Brakes, rotors and bushing. They don't do this work and I should go somewhere else. Now, mind you I had absolutely no problem with my car prior to the accident. However, I'd say maybe brakes needed to be replaced but no rotors were needed.



They are so horrible as a business I would not recommend this shop to anyone. If you're so desperate to get something done, do it yourself but DO NOT GO TO VINNY'S AUTO SHOP.



Stop going to this shop so they end up closing. This type of businesses should not be in operation.
