Look At Me Now

I am fairly new to the area and was looking for a good barber for my son. I walked in Look at me Now barbershop and all my needs where met with the professionalism, atmosphere, and great customer service. As a result, I have been taking my son to Frank for over a year now, and my son loves his haircuts. My son would not go to another barber because he enjoys his experience each and every time we go. The barbers sometimes give the kids free juice and snacks while they wait. The best way to sum of this shop is southern hospitality with quality barbers. By far the best in Philly!!!!

I had my hair done, and Flo did a great job. But when I went to pay with my bank card they charged me three dollars on top of 65 to use my card. That's more then the bank charges. I will go back but I will always have cash

My barber was excellent however, it is not a kid friendly environment. I am a mom and brought my three children two of whom were there to get hair cuts. My children were standing, not running or causing a ruckus and the owner and one other barber seemed very annoyed. One of them (not the owner) addressed my kids and told them they needed to sit down. Again, they were not running or causing a scene just standing being kids. My daughter has Autism and did get upset by being addressed by a stranger and they all started crying. The atmosphere was hostile in my opinion. The embience is nice and it appears professional however if the customer is not comfortable then it will not make for good business practices. The owner also reprimanded the receptionist in front of the customers. This barber shop has the potential to be amazing but the atmosphere and customer service especially for kids has got to improve. I will not return.

I went to this shop Aug 2 2016. When I walked pass the guy was very sure that I would like his work so when I did go back to get my son hair cut, for one he wasn't friendly the guy at the front desk was very friendly but the guy that cut my son hair don't no how to talk to people kids my son was moving some and the barber gonna say " boy if you don't keep still" wait I think that's very unprofessional you don't speak to people kids in that matter I felt very uncomfortable and yes he did a great job with my sons hair cut but his mouth and attitude sucks his name is Al sorry I will not return .
