They have very low reasonable prices and very lively store. Great product for the best price. Financing my furniture with them was very comfortable for me.

The staff is professional, accommodating, and the goods were delivered and set up without any issues.

My experience with Funiture Mecca on 69th street was wonderful. The customer service was great. The sale representive who helped me was very professional. I didn't have to wait I was greeted when I walked in the store and the most import part was I got my furniture delivered as promised . I will recommend this store to my family and friends. The customer service was great! My salesman Nabeel was very helpful and nice, i highly recommend him. I received my living room and bedroom set the next day and the prices were very cheap. My family has also purchased from there and are very satisfied with the services as well. Delivery drivers were very nice, and set up my merchandise quick

The worst store I have ever had the displeasure of going to. Please do yourself a favor and waste your time. Customer service suck, everything is overpriced, and items are not good quality. If I could give a 0 stars I would.

DO NOT. DO NOT. DO NOT SHOP HERE. They are so unprofessional. Things have been going down hill since I gave them my money. They sent my furniture on the wrong day. They had me waiting for them all day. And after all of that they bring me the wrong color coffee table. Then he set my bed up on the wall that I didn't want it on. And when I asked him if he could move it he said no because it will break. REALLY!!! I'm so over them.

Horrible - they delivered damaged furniture over two weeks ago and keep asking us to send them pictures of the damage. No return phone calls and no replacement furniture. I wish I could post a picture of the severely damaged furniture for you to see. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH MECCA FURNITURE!!!!!!!

DON'T BUY FURNITURE FROM THIS STORE...I purchased a new sofa and loveseat set from this establishment in cash. I was told that it would take about 2 weeks for delivery. Well it went downhill from there. Two weeks later, I did get a call that my furniture was ready to be delivered, every time I called the warehouse, not one was available. I finally called the store and was told I had to call the warehouse...I explained I had been calling for a week and couldn't get through. The store called the warehouse and surprise surprise, they got right through. I called the warehouse and scheduled a delivery for Saturday and advised i needed haul away service. I was told that I could get haul away if I paid the driver 20-30 dollars when he came to delivery my new furniture. When the driver came, he told me he couldn't take my old furniture because he had a full truck. I told them that the store said that if I paid them 20-30 dollars that they would take the old furniture. The delivery guy called the store and was told to hand written an statement stating that I was not ready to received the furniture and that I would have to pay for redelivery. I told the driver I would not sign a statement like that because I was ready for the furniture. I went to the store, because I wanted my money back by this time with the customer service not accepting my call and now no furniture. I had to wait 20 minutes for the manager to come from the front of the store to talk to me. When he did he told me that I had to file a claim with the district court in order to get my money back. ARE YOU KIDDING ME. They can lie to me, not deliver my furniture and keep my money too! I will never buy anything there. One star because I can't give zero.

This place is full of senseless,rude service people. They have an attitude. They think as if they are giving off the furniture but not selling. For example, they tell onething at the beginning of the conversation about product and they slowly try to get over your ideas and get rude when you ask about what they said at the beginning

(In my case,they told one price for the item and $50 fordelivery as regular charge and they try to tell as if they are doing great favor to you for charging only $75 for delivery(my place is within 3 miles from the store) and they tried to invoice morethan the said price for the item.When asked, he said owner didnt agreed for the said price. Then why was it said?. Big DRAMA).Both the item price and delivery charge are not same as they said at the beginning to the end of conversation.That was really strange and such a waste of time. Excuse me, that is aweful service and they dont even regret for what they said to get you. If you really want reasoble service, dont want to deal with attitude,and dont want to get your day ruined, then dont even go to Furniture Mecca.They treat you as if they are donors and you as recipient, not customer (to be honest, they literally treat you as begger). This is America, they better realize.

I took my daugther to this store on today to buy a mattress and boxspring for her room, we asked the sales person if there was anything he coiuld do as far as a discount, he said the only thing he could do was knock off the sales tax,which was ok,this is why the one star..well it went down hill from there,we were takingthe mattress home on my truck so when we went out back it was not the bed we bought,well he got real nasty acting like i should be glad at what i got..hello are you kidding me...he so much as said that. he said since he gave me a discount I should be greatful,excuse me I don't care what kind of discount you give, I'm not just going to take what you wanna give me. I'm not spending my money and get your bad attiitue afterwards it don't work like that, another man came and explained to me what happened which is what he should have done..will never shop there again.

I am single mom just moved to upper Darby, pa from ny. Asked my nehbor about furniture store around she told me to go to furniture Mecca. It was little hard to find them. They are at the end of the 69th street. I talked to manager and told him i need the whole house furniture. He told mr to pick out my furniture and He will work on the price so i did I pick nice bedroom set for my little girl. And one for my self and v nice counter top dinning set it's like boat shape really nice. And nice living room. I have to admit they have really nice all brand name furniture on displays and their prices incredibly low. Total came to $4500. Manager offer me for $4200. Plus free deliver and free setup. I told him let me go to bank and get money i didn't want feel like buying right away unless check my other options. So i went to few other stores. I couldn't find the quality or if I found the quality price was too high. So i went back after 3 hours of running around. I asked him to deliver me asap. They delivered me most of my furniture next day as he promised. Only dinning set it's back order for week and I was ok with that. They also carry big selection curtains And bathroom accesoeries. If you want to save money and buy good quality stuff must check the out.
