Randolph Plaza Apartments Ltd

I am currently in the process of moving into the apartments. I am waiting for one to be ready. I have a few friends that live here and the have not had any problems. Maintenance to my understanding is good. Some people that complain will complain there whole lives but if you don't like something then do something about it "MOVE". Especially when you live in an apartment complex that is on a month to month basis.. I would like to say that Sarah has helped me every step of the way and i would like to thank her for helping me. She has made it easier for me getting my application process going and done with, since i do work 2 jobs and i am short on time. The apartments may not look that great from the outside but what do you expect when your looking for the cheapest rent around. I saw the inside and it was a whole lot better then where i am moving from and bigger too for the same price mind you. But this is just my opinion.. Thanks for reading ;-)

Me and my boyfriend have been here for at least 2 months and all I have to say is wow, management is horrible! I have so many things wrong with my place and it has been a month and nobody has came to fix anything, just recently me and a couple of my family members were at the pool just enjoying our swim, unfortunately Sarah the landlord didn't open the pool till 5pm we didn't leave till 6;30 or so, the very next morning I got a note on my door saying " dear tenants as of Wednesday, July 29th 2015 there will b . We swimming pool hours. It will open from Tuesday through Sunday, 10am to 5pm. (Which in my lease it says 10am to 9pm) each apartment is also allowed to have one guest per apartment join them at the pool only. Thank you management" now I'm thinking here I had a few family members with me and I get this note at my door, another thing, I told Sarah that I was going to b $ 200 short on rent I told her 3 weeks b4 it was due and 5 weeks after that she comes to my door at 8 am with a baseball bat saying that I had to come up with the 200 that day or she would evict me that day which is against the law they have to give u 30 days and she didn't,I'm very tired of things not getting done.
