Greenfield Cemetery

Terrible experience , My family has 4 plots there today may 9th 2014 I had to bury my dad - I called the cemetery to make plans - I had a minister and all of the plots had been paid for - Dad was 83 and I asked for 10 chairs to be set out - the cost of the chairs was 50.00 - we had spend thousands and 50,00 was not a big deal - right before the service was about to start a town worker named patty Lima demanded i pay the 50,00 - I said i would pay it right after the service as the minister was about to start and the guest were there - this woman is the rudest and meanest woman on the planet - she came right to my fathers grave site and started to remove the chairs in front of the minister and the guests - I have never been so upset and hurt my entire life - She is a town worker and had no right to barge in on my fathers service and start to remove chairs - the 50.00 would have been paid before we left . I have contacted the town and all of the local papers - the grounds were dirty and they could have cleaned it up prior to the service . I am going to sell my plot and find some where else where there are kind and decent people . all she had to do was wait until the service was over and i would have gladly paid 50.00 for chairs that should have been free anyway but to remove them is beyond low - this is a very sad and angry woman who has no business working with the public
