This company took advantage of the younger ones who are going to prom. Never called them back and contiued to give them the wrong information. They suck at customer service, blamed everything on the customer. I would never recommend this company to anyone since all they did was cause stress. If you want a company that is not nice and not helpful this is the company for you. Even after they heard how angry the group was they still did nothing to try to make the situation better. This company needs to train their employees better and learn better customer service, then possibly they might be a good company. Until then do not use this company! you will regret it
