BARE Feet

I have always bought shoes here and really haven't had a problem until now when i went to go exchange a shoe for a bigger size...i tried the shoe on with their socks but i guess my footsies are thicker...when i placed the shoe on in my house it was too small so i read the return policy and it states must try shoe on in store...did that...only exchanges can be done within 7 days...ok i was within time...must not be worn...well i put them on in the house for 2 mins before my feet told me i needed a bigger size that should be ok...the manager was very rude trying to tell me i had worn the shoe and that he would not met me exchange it. for this 1 i wont shop there again and 2 they receive a nice little review... they are lucky they don't do returns or i would take my other shoes back that i haven't worn yet
