Star Cleaners

Not sure why the bad reviews. I've been using them for going on 6 months and have never had an issue. Always reliable, always ready for pickup the next day, and the ladies behind the counter are always nice and conversational. I wouldn't listen to the posters below me.

Had them sew on 6 patches for my work uniform. Paid $15, money is not the issue. So they sold me it would take 2 weeks, kind of long but not the issue... Picked up my uniform today and when I got home I realized they only sewed on one patch. So thanks guys for your poor work ethic and reliability. I do not recommend this place. They can keep my money and I won't be back. I hope this turns customers away.

The customer service here is awful and I will gladly drive the extra few miles next time to a different dry cleaner but actually appreciates my business. My mother and I came in to pick up a comforter that we were getting cleaned. When we walked through he door, the two girls behind the counter just stared at us as if we had done something wrong, and didn't even say a word to us until we stood there for a second and finally said something to them. The girl that chose to help us had absolutely no personality and had the meanest look on her face the entire time as if we were inconveniencing her. When she finally handed us our comforter, she was clearly done with the transaction (even though we weren't) and didn't say a word, instead just walking away. My mother realized that she needed her receipt so she quickly turned around to ask for the receipt and the girl rolled her eyes, ripped the receipt off of the paper it was attached to, glared at my mother while nastily looking her up and down (over a freaking receipt) and handed it to her as she walked away without saying a word. While close and convenient to our house, we will never be back.
