I have been going to Dr Krish for 17 years. I have had in that time a cat who lived to age 16, another who lived to age 11, a third who lived to age 12, and I also found a baby bird with a broken leg I brought to him. I now have 2 cats age 2 who I trust only to Dr Krish. When my 16 year old was slowing down, I brought him in to Dr Krish during his off hours for private euthinasia. My 11 year old had a rare cancer that Dr Krish dignosed when he was 9 and took such great care of him, he lived a very full life for another 2 years! When it was time to euthinize him, Dr Krish came to my home so that he could die in his favorite spot. My 12 year old died suddenly at home but Dr Krish had taken such good care of her she lived a very happy life even after a kidney disease diagnosis. Even the baby bird got a cast and I took it home. Each time I had a cat euthinized, they arranged private cremation and paid for the engraved urn for me. Dr Krish and his wife, who is the office manager, are the most caring and loving people I know. They always called to check in on me, even after my cats died, just to see if I was ok. I would never, NEVER, trust anyone else with my pets. Now Dr Krish’s daughter is also a vet there and I know that she will also be amazing!

My mom took her cat there gasping for air, very critical, he took his time asking a whole bunch of questions while the poor cat was dying, then finally after seeing her, he said the cat needed oxygen but b he didn't have any in his office, I ran to pick my mom up and took her 10 blocks over, to the summit clinic, but sadly the cat didn't make it, she died in my mom's arms gasping for air only 3 blocks away from the summit clinic, it broke my heart to see that I cried and my mom is still b crying she her for 8yrs and she loves her cats as they was her children.. Ambassador clinic was the worst ever..never again..

Have been taking my sweet Yorkie to Ambassador since she was 7 weeks. The Dr was and is always very kind, playful and gentle with her. The costs are always reasonable. Recently she was spayed and Dr and staff were outstanding in explaining the procedure and post op instructions. They followed up with me to see how she was doing twice. In 48 hours she was nearly herself again. She has healed beautifully and after only 10 days I can't even see a scar. Overall, I am 100% satisfied with this facility and will continue to bring my precious girl there for all her medical needs.

I regret taking my cat to this...

I regret taking my cat to this so called "hospital." If you want a caring doctor who is in the field because he loves animals this is not the place. If you want a place that just wants to take your money, go here. We at first though our poor cat was ready to pass away and so we brought him to this veterinary hospital and the vet said that he only had an infection and he still had 2 or so more years to live. We were so excited that he would still be with us. And so we paid... a lot... for antibiotics, to be given to our cat in the hopes of him getting better. Well, needless to say the antibiotics did nothing for him. A few days later the poor thing was breathing heavily and refused to get up or eat or drink. We took him to another animal clinic (Union City Animal Clinic) which I highly recommend. They were sooo compassionate... very caring group of people that work there. The vet there told us there was way more wrong than just an infection and he was ready to go. He actually passed away a few minutes later there on the examining table. So the excitement of thinking he was going to be with us for another year or two just faded and turned to sadness. I wish we had gone to Union City Animal Clinic in the first place. I'm sure it would have saved my poor cat a lot of suffering and we could have just let him go when he was ready.

TREATED WITH COMPASION

Ambassador Veterinary Hospital has the most compassionate Dr & Staff – I have been going to this office for over 15 years now & my pets have been treated with love & kindness always, the Dr even gives me a follow up phone call to be sure all is well with my pet after treatment or operations. I have unfortunately had to put down 3 pets within the past 15 years & Dr has let me stay with my pets as long as needed behind closed doors in his office. How anyone can claim that the Dr at Ambassador would treat any pet or pet owner without kindness is unjust. We all get upset when putting our pets down & sometimes our anxiety overcomes reality. I recommend Ambassador & stand behind my statement. I am not in any way related or have any personal relations to any person working at Ambassador Veterinary Hospital or the Dr.

Heartless

I brought my cat in to Ambassador a few years ago and unfortunately he needed to be put down. Making that decision is something that still haunts me til this day as I consider my animals like my children. As I held my cat in my arms for the last few minutes together (hysterical the whole time crying) their only concern was to get the money from me upfront. Trust me I had the money to pay for this and had no intentions on not paying. Especially since they just bilked me out of nearly $1000.00 earlier that week. They showed no compassion...almost rushing me to put him down instead of giving me the time needed to say goodbye. I was glad a friend of mine was with me who was equally appauled by their actions. She took charge and paid them upfront and even made a comment that they could have waited until everything was over. Its been a few years now and it still bothers me to this day that they were so heartless. I planned on having him cremated seperately and his ashed returned to me but after this behaviour I didn't trust them to not turn around and throw him in the trash so I took him home with me and made arrangements with another vet the following morning to have him cremated and returned home.
