Very dissatisfied with the services I have received. I've been a valued customer of Olson for 5 years. I have gone through them for all my insurance needs, but after this year, I will be looking to switch agencies. I have to constantly go behind them and call the insurance company directly to find out why I'm receiving cancellation letter from my insurance company for reason I have no idea about. When I speak with the insurance company they explain they have emailed Olson SEVERAL times with no response, therefore I receive the letters of cancellation. When I confront Olson about this, in their words, it's NO BIG DEAL because there is still a few weeks before the policy cancels!!! It's not their home that will be left unprotected, it will be mine, and to them it's still NO BIG DEAL! Absolutely APPALLED at the response given when I inquiry about why things haven't been done in a timely manner. It also enrages me when my policy is weeks out from being cancelled and I walk in the office to see the owner has paper work piles all over his office, money and checks laying around, and no organization in the office and the employees playing solitaire at 3:00pm on a Wednesday afternoon! Will be pulling my accounts from here and searching for a new agent!!
