Jumbo Seafood

7-3-2018 @ 12:50 PM, saw kitchen worker placing unwrapped fish outside on transformers were in open air with fly's around it.

They have very good food... but the waitress we had 3-4-14 was very rude. A friend and I ordered gumbo with our meal. I ordered seafood gumbo and she ordered shrimp gumbo. We had already ate a few bites when we realized she had switched the bowls. When we get the main meal she brings us stuffed crab instead of crab cakes. We tell her and she says...Well I am pretty sure you ordered the stuffed crab. She made us feel like we were in the wrong and not her. We never did hear her say that she was sorry for the mix up on any of the meal. Either the young lady needs to listen closer or find another job. Now is it right for the waitress to argue with the customer? I will give a 5 star on the food but the service really was bad.

For years my family and i have enjoyed good quality affordable ( very affordable) food here. One of the main reasons was because of the literal JUMBO shrimp they actual had. Operative word being- had. Now when you order their ' jumbo' shrimp their half the size, yet higher in price( a buck more) than when they were the size of onion rings. The shrimp were so huge that when you got your plate they were butterflied. Hence, why I said the size of onion rings. Either there's a shortage in large shrimp, or the munchkins they're buying them from have injected some of their DNA. And guess what? I'm not in the land of oz. If you advertise Jumbo- I want Jumbo. Not half of a butterflied shrimp but the whole thing. I'm paying full price so I want the full shrimp. The food is good but fell low Tylerites I won't be following the 69 or 323 paved road back to munchkin food land

I have eaten several times at "Jumbo Seafood" & I have enjoyed the food every time. I have had the fried & the grilled & they are both very good. However, my very favorite is the "Mexican Shrimp Cocktail", it is to die for. Try it & you will see.
