Dale's APPLIANCE REPAIR

Called Dale he proceeded to tell me it was inconvenient for him to come out to my house. What great customer service that is. I would not recommend him to tie my shoe laces.

The website for Dale's Appliance Repair states that he services Tyler TX and the surrounding areas. I live 15 miles outside Tyler, in Winona. When I contacted him to schedule a dryer vent cleaning (it vents through the roof) he told me he lives outside of Whitehouse and doesn't go past the Loop in Tyler. So, if you're not in Tyler or Whitehouse, you might want to call someone else. He was polite, though.

Even though Dale doesn't service my area (Mt.Enterprise) he was very helpful to me over the phone, I gave him the error code and he told me what was probably wrong with my refrigerator. I appreciate the help and I wish you would expand your service area. :-) Thanks again, TCraddock

I couldn't really be happier with Dale. He's friendly, he works efficiently, and he's affordable. He could charge more and I'd still use him. He knows it too, but he likes how his life is working out and he's not into price gouging to get rich.



He fixed my washing machine in 10 minutes, I chatted him up for about 15 more minutes, then I let him go.



If you aren't satisfied with Dale's service call then you're probably just in a bad mood.

One of the best service calls ever -- Dale immediately found a small part that had failed, had a replacement in the truck, got the refrigerator back on line in ten minutes. Even vacuumed behind the unit before sliding it back in place. Very affordable and super friendly.
