All American Appliance

I bought a new Washer, dryer and microwave at Home Depot and after 4 months the Maytag Microwave stopped working> Home depot had me call Maytag and Maytag had me call All American Appliance in Henderson Texas. I called the and after a couple of days they showed up not in the morning but at 5pm and no phone calls to let us know. All this started Dec 5th 16 and now no calls and its the 19th. Called three times and no answer at the appliance repair shop in Henderson. If you have trouble call the Home depot if you bought it from them to see if you can help.. The excuse when I did reach All American Appliance was the part is back ordered till sometime in January 17.....Really? Do not call them to help you they are terrible at customer service!
