Fashion Nails

First off they got the aluminum foil on my nails and then made we wait for 20 minutes until they could finish my nails. Then while filing off my shellac the woman kept hitting my cuticles with the spinning file. Which of course hurts a lot. Then after that she filed my nails the wrong shape and they were too short tie fix. She couldn't even understand what I was saying and had to have someone translate. At this point its been over an hour and she can't understand me at all. Is after her hurting me and making my nails look terrible I was offered $5 off for my troubles. Absolutely unacceptable customer service.
