        GOOD FOOD. GOOD PRICES. GOOD SERVICE.

        The food is good old fashioned home cookin' in a great nostalgic atmospher. This place has been around forever and a day and is a Twin Falls landmark. This is where the "good ol' boys" come in at 6am to sit at the counter and nurse their coffee for 3 hours. If you are visiting the city you owe it to yourself to stop in. The prices are very reasonable and the service is good.

        I needed a little something to hit the spot on one of those cold fall morning before work. So i went in and had some biscuits with gravy. All i can say is that it was average. The portion size was good but there was a lack of flavor. It filled me up but definitly wasn't the best I'd had.

        Yuck.

        I went with my family and out of seven different meals not one of us had anything edible. I had fried chicken that was more like boiled chicken no batter no crispiness what so ever. We took home four full boxes that we threw away. And that was because three of us didnt want to even take it home.

        I love the atmosphere of the nostalgic train depot decor and the wonderful "home-cooked" meals that are reasonably priced for the amount and tastiness of it. The service is excellent and very friendly. I always tip extra when I go there because of the extraordinary service

        Family own and operated diner since 1959. We specialize in homemade American cuisine. The Depot Grill is open 24 hours a day only closing Sundays at 9 P.M. and reopening Mondays at 6 A.M. Breakfast is served 24 hours a day and we are known for oversized portions. We grind all our hamburger in house, make our own chicken fry steaks from scratch, along with our soups and dressings. We use nothing less than choice beef and cut all our own steaks. We offer an all you can eat fried chicken night on Tuesday Nights from 5-9 p.m. We have a Fish-O-Rama featuring a seafood buffet on Friday evenings and an all you can eat rib night buffet on Saturday evenings.
