Brian's Appliance Repair

Brian's was referred to me by American Home Shield which happens to be my home warranty company to repair my range. AHS dispatched Brian's to call me on 8/30/16, which he failed to do so. Thus I called Brian's a couple days later and he said he claimed he never received the request, thus I had AHS refax the service request to him. He came to my home the next week and looked at my range, and verified what was needed to make the repairs and I paid him the required $75.00 service fee. So 6 weeks goes by and I have not heard from Brian. Thus I called AHS and they never heard from either. I called and again left Brian a voice mail message telling him that AHS never talked to him about my needed repairs. He called me and claimed he mis-placed my number in his truck and he would call AHS and get back to me within the next two days. Well now it's been a week since I talked to him without him either me or AHS about the repair. He has my $75.00 and it looks like he has no intention of fixing my range which he is contracted to do so by AHS. I have now done more research on Brian's and he has more bad complaints than good. This guy is a scammer, don't call him or use he company for anything, Because he'll just rip you off. Craig S. Musselman, Heyburn, ID.

Had called them for the first time and was nervous about having someone I don't know come out.Was very happy and pleased with my washer repair. Price was very reasonable and love the 1 year written warranty. Will spread the good word about them!

Very happy with my dishwasher repair. Wanted to leave a comment about how my husband and I were extra impressed with the quick repair and having the parts that were needed right on the truck. Will call again and spread the word, because we all look for an honest and quick service!

Had my washer repaired two weeks ago and they charged me only $87.57. And were nice enough to bill me for their cost of the part. I'm very happy with them and will refer them to all my relatives and friends.

I have had 2 services with them, one good, one not so much. They fixed my oven after business hours. It was expensive,but, not as much as a new stove. When my washer started making noises, I called them. They replaced some belts, etc. when I ran a load the next day, the noise was worse. Then before the load was done, it seized up. I called & left msgs, then my husband called& on the 5th try, got a person. They were a bit rude, but, set an appointment for the following Monday. On that day, there was no call and no one showed up. What a disappointment! I wish I were writing a different review for a local business. The $280 spent on the washer would have been nice to have, since we have to buy a new one.

Wow. I am shocked to see these other reviews. We had absolutely hands down the worst experience with them. Our broiler went out on the oven, and we called to have them repair it. The ad said $35 includes diagnostic and trip. After I declined to have them fix it because the cost was more than the value of the oven, the tech got extremely angry telling me they dont do diagnostics and that I had to have something fixed. He eventually left my house, but stole the sensor to the oven. Without a sensor the oven doesnt work at all. The cops pulled him over the day and found my sensor on him. We were forced to replace the oven. The owner agreed to pay for the replacement if I recalled the police report. He has not sent me check and it was been 3 weeks, and no longer returns my calls. After further investigation, I called L&I and it turns out that (contrary to the ad on craigslist) they are infact no licensed, bonded or insured. Stay far away from these frauds! File a small claims against them.

Had them come out on 11/20 to repair dishwasher. repair was 280 dollars and the dishwasher did not even make it through the first cycle before shutting down. tried for several days to contact them and have gotten no call back. seems like im just out the 280, i feel like i was scammed, buyer beware

I am another happy customer and wanted to express that and spread the word. They came out the same day to repair my leaking dishwasher and were really friendly and polite.Will definitely call them in the future.

AS OTHER SATISFIED CUSTOMERS ALREADY MENTIONED IN THE REVIEWS. I WOULD HAVE TO !00% AGREE WITH EVERYTHING SAID. I DON'T THINK THERE IS ANOTHER COMPANY IN TOWN WITH THIS MANY SATISFIED CUSTOMERS. I TOOK MY TIME TO MAKE SURE THE WORD SPREADS AND YOU DON'T MAKE THE MISTAKE OF CALLING SEARS OR FRED'S IN WHICH THEIR TECHNICIANS DO NOT CARE NEARLY AS MUCH AS BRIAN'S WORKERS THAT HAVE A PASSION OF ACTUALLY GETTING TO KNOW AND BUILDING A LIFE LONG RELATIONSHIP AND TRUST WITH THEIR CUSTOMERS. I WILL DEFINITELY CONTINUE USING THEM AND TELL ALL FRIENDS AND FAMILY ABOUT THEIR SERVICE OFFERED!

Brian's Appliance has been repairing my appliances for the past 13 years. I have never had a problem with them. From my experience I found out quickly that they are friendly, caring and most important trustworthy. Left the house unlocked for them to repair my appliances several times and never had a problem and on their way out they never forgot to lock the door. I would recommend Brian's Appliance also Known as (Appliance Club Repair) to everyone. I especially liked a technician by the name of Vitaly. He has been over here several times and is a honest and really friendly young man who does a quality job.
