With great coffee and great staff, mixed with great juice and all things vaping. A wonderful place to hang out and vape. And don't forget the coffee and tea is on the house.

Hands down best customer service and quality of juices. This shop on Yale not only has free espresso and tea, but a variety of extremely fair priced flavorful juices. Been to a lot of vapor shops and hands down best in town.

Hands down my favorite shop in town, been coming here for a little under a year now, they always have the best pricing in town the newest things and free coffee, if you need quality product or liquid without getting ripped off come here!!! Taz is also one of the most helpful guys i've ever met, went out of his way to make sure i was happy, Amazing customer service i'll never go anywhere else

amazing liquid selection. Amazing customer service and very knowledgeable staff, if you haven't checked this guys out yet it's a worthwhile experience you get to learn so much have coffee (on the house i might add) and the staff are happy to answer questions, unlike some stores who will get mad when you ask questions. Amazing store tho!

I must say Vapor usa has some of the best staff they're so caring about the customer, and their customer service. They focus on the main point vaping has to offer I would recommend anyone to this store who has come before they also offer free coffee or tea which let's face it who doesn't love free coffee or tea with their nicotine

Im a loyal customer and have been coming to VaporUSA since the beginning. They have the best selection and customer service.

I used to love to drive all the way to this place just because they have an excellent selection and they did have great service. However, I went in there today and I was treated very poorly just because I got the name of a juice wrong they responded we have never had that type of juice. Then the service went downhill from there. Didn't offer to let me try any of the 5 I bought even though I asked to try them. The guy seemed mad that I didn't want to buy 10 bottles for $44 dollars. I only wanted 5. I have had great service in the past but I will not be going back. I got home and all 5 bottles were sticky and gross. No I didn't leave them in the car. It's sad because I used to tell people to come here but I no longer will.

OK I have had it with this place....I have been treated so rudely in the crap hole so many times I cant believe I went back. Staff are very lippy and disrespectful. I can't wait till the "for rent" sign goes up on the outside of this building. If you go here don't say you were not warned. terrible service......awful people.....

Previously a loyal customer. Experienced horrible customer service after being refused return of a not working product within their return policy timeframe and cursed at. Will not return.

Staff is friendly and helpful. The environment is comfortable and inviting. The coffee looks tastey, haven't tried it yet.

Far as the 1 star review, next time you drive an hour+ for something, call ahead to confirm that they have it.

Staff acted frustrated that I wanted to check if a certain ejuice was in stock, well sorry but its a 1 hour round trip for me to drive into your location and that simple question would have only taken up 30 seconds of their time. Not impressed...

Excellent customer service, products and coffee. Very pleased with my purchase and the awesome advise from staff helped me to make the right decision on the product that was perfect for me.
