TW's Catering

T.W.'s Catering was recommended by a family member for our daughters wedding in May 2013 and was that family member right. Tim and his staff were awesome. It all started with a private tasting of the Italian Cuisine she and her fiance's wanted for their reception, after the tasting that sealed the deal. Tim and Jonathan made us feel very special and treated us like they would want to be treated. Tim and Jonathan came to our home where the wedding would be held in a couple of months to get a visual and to finalize details and menu (at no additional cost). For the next couple of months the correspondence was answered with courtesy and in a timely manner. Tim is very understanding and good at calming nerves over the stress of planning a wedding which was very much appreciated. The day of the wedding Tim and his wonderful staff went into action. We didn't have to worry about anything else the whole evening. The staff was so efficient and professional didn't worry about the guests being taken care of. The food was abundant and very much enjoyed by everyone. The presentation was beautiful as well. T.W.'s Catering gave it their all and was very mindful of our budget and needs. Thank You Tim and staff for the great food and service you provided for our daughter's and son-in-laws wedding. We recommend T.W.'s Catering to everyone and when the need arises we will use T.W.'s Catering again without question. A BIG Thank You!!!

Our family is six years new to Oklahoma. The number of caterer listings in the Tulsa Yellow Pages seemed daunting; still, we needed to contract with someone for our daughter's wedding reception August 25, 2012. TW's was recommended to me by a business owner in my hometown (thanks, Lou Ann of Mill Creek Carpet & Tile). Our phone calls and email inquiries were noted with prompt, courteous replies. Tim worked with us to create a delectable menu (respectful of our budget), reflecting both the bride's and groom's regional cultural and heritage differences (including a new recipe, created especially for us). Our "tasting" appointment will long be a special memory. We indeed savored items from our menu and were "served" with class. More importantly, we realized the extent of Tim's gifted expertise as a chef!



TW's staff exceeded, yes you read that correctly, exceeded every expectation at every step of the reception planning and serving process. The venue manager agreed the meal was outstandingly delicious and found the staff easy to work with, professional and respectful of their venue - and will be recommending TW's to other couples. We will continue to call on Tim and his staff in the future.

WOW!! TW's is GREAT. TW's was recommened to me (Thanks Ric). Everything was handel very perfectly, Tim knows exactley how to handel everything from menu to set-up and knows how to listen to Mother and Daughter and makes them both happy (not always easy) We had 230-250 guest at our daughters wedding, not one guest had anything negative to say. They all loved the food and loved the employes
