Tulsa Pediatric Urgent Care

10/11/2014 - Absolutely useless! They advertise that they have hours until 10PM. Our daughter received a cut. It did not require an ambulance or emergency room visit, we believed, but we wanted it looked at. We call ahead at 7:30PM and we are told that 'the doctors have seen their quota of patients for the day".



We can pay and we have health insurance. What quotas are involved here?? Dr. Feelgood decides that he/she is going to see X number of patients and to blazes with anyone else?? Two to Three hours before closing time and they decide to knock off for the day.



My wife is now with our daughter at a Tulsa emergency room on a Saturday night. We decided it would be better if our son stayed home. I am now here waiting to hear back from my wife.



These 'professionals' at Tulsa Pediatric Urgent Care seems especially shameless.

I have taken my infant here twice and been misdiagnosed twice. First time I was told he had croup when he actually had the rotavirus. We spent 2 days in the hospital. Second time they said he had a cold and there was nothing they could do for him. He was coughing so hard he was turning blue from not getting enough oxygen. He is now on breathing treatments and is doing better thanks to his primary. I will not be going back. We will go to the emergency room or if it can wait we will make an appointment with his primary.
