Triple Play Express Car Wash

On August 26th, 2017 we had our brand new 2016 truck damaged by one of the employees when he offered to remove the antenna. We had never taken the antenna off before when going through a car wash, but we said sure. It was a very big mistake. The employee scratched and chipped the paint on our truck, it was all caught on camera. I filled out a incident report and was told that Brad would contact me within 5 days. We have heard nothing. Nothing! I have called 4 times and my husband has called 2 twice. It is very unprofessional and and outrage that a customer is being treated this way. My husband is going to speak to our layer about what actions need to be taken.

I go here once a week to wash my car. Great service and courteous employees never had a problem here

Literally had to slam my brakes on multiple times to keep from rear ending the car in front of me, I have never had this happen. I was the only car inside the wash besides the car in front of me. I asked the employee why this happened and he stared blankly at me!? Then finally replied the car in front had to slam there brakes on as well???? Yet nobody was in front of us????

They told me my vehicle was compromised before I came into their wash.. I came to them Sunday night bought a monthly pass ran thru it and came out with my trim ate all up and bent backwards. I put in a repot and called the guy and he said he reviews the video
. He said my vehicle was compromised when I got there saying my my trim molding was loose as it was not.. I have proof. As I was selling the car so I have pictures.. he told me he acknowledged that my car wasn't really damaged when i got there and that when I came out it was in fact damaged I then asked him if he was admitting to his machine messing my car up and he the admitted that it was messed up because of the machine and the. Proceeds to tell me that he's not going to fix my car.. dont ever go there.. dudes a piece of s*** and a coward
