Aweful service. They will never shave my cat again. Terrible service and charges u full price for a cut that anyone could have done. He looks terrible and uneven all over. They were very rude when I asked why he looked the way he did. Won't b back.

Used to be a regular at this place, but was suddenly denied service because my husband's ex gf was working there and was still in love with him and couldn't handle seeing the family dog there. Really unprofessional work place.

Mats ... Mats ... and More Mats ... People Brush your dogs and you won't be charged high prices !!! Lazy Lazy Customers ! Stop crying and BRUSH your dogs !

After getting my dog back I wouldn't let you groom my granddaughters Barbie Doll. His fur was shortened by at least two inches,which is exactly Opposite of what I requested! What you trimmed on his face was so unbalanced one side to the other so bad it was ridiculous. And it looked like it was hacked with an Ax You didn't even touch his posterior . He'd already had a "basic" done by another shop. meaning he did not need his toes clipped or his paws trimmed and yet I still got charged full price. "40$ Don't worry you won't be getting me back. And trust me you won't be getting any good word of mouth by me either.

Do not take your pet here unless they are perfectly clean and free of knots before you even take them in to be groomed. We took our dog in to be bathed and de-knotted. The receptionist told us that if would be $20/hour to de-knot her coat. When we spoke to the groomer, she raised the price on the spot to $40/hour. My guess is that she saw that my husband and I are young and by raising the price, she knew we probably wouldn't agree to that higher amount, and therefore force us to leave and then she wouldn't have to deal with grooming our dog. She was not friendly and spoke to us in a demeaning tone . We did not get our dog groomed here, and I am very satisfied with that decision.

I just can't believe the last review. I have taken my dog to The Paw Spa since 07. Crystal is wonderful with him. He has had a bad time at other groomers but Crystal is wonderful with him. I can't see any of that happening at The Paw Spa. They are all dog lovers!! You can tell they really care about the dogs. My dog will continue to go to see Crystal and I recommended her to everyone I meet.
