St John Hospice

St. John's was reluctant to provide essentials to care for my mother. The answering service was incompetent, did not deliver messages, hence one time I waited for more than 30 minutes for a return call. They are "reactive" not proactive. I would not recommend them at all. No communication between staff. Never notified when someone was coming. Some of the people who came out were great however I gave up on them and switched hospice providers.
