St John Clinic-South Memorial

I have had an absolutely terrible experience with this organization. I have received three different bills from one visit and have had to try and contact them on multiple different occasions in order to get the bills paid, unfortunately, they are almost impossible to contact. My insurance agency who have confirmed with me that I have no responsibility in paying my doctor bills has tried to contact them to figure out what the hold up is in the bill pay process and has had no luck and advised me to get in touch with them. Unfortunately, I can't call until 4:30 because I work but they don't seem to like answering phones past 4:30. I can't find out how to get them to accept money from my insurance provider for my third bill which is mind boggling to me because they have for the first two bills. Furthermore, the visit was a waste of time/money in the first place as I expressed the issues I was having to my physician, she prescribed me medication for it, and it did nothing to resolve my problems. All around dreadful experience, save yourself the time, money, and stress and go literally anywhere else. I've had it.

Everyone there is simply awesome! Even though I chose to change doctors within the practice, I wasn't given any problems for my choice. And all of the staff is so accessible and efficient!
