In 35+ years of dealing with a...

In 35+ years of dealing with auto dealers of all types in three different states, South Pointe Chevrolet of Tulsa has proven to be the worst of the lot. Not sure if they are incompetent, grossly negligent to details or just plain crooked.... could be all three.

Buyers and sellers both should beware of doing business with this outfit.

Worst customer service EVER! The salesman was the only good part of it. Had my husband not been in love with the truck I would have told them to give my deposit back & shove it! Grossly incompetent in there financing & customer service. 12 miles after leaving with my truck, the check engine light comes on & then they don't even offer me a ride to work, much less a loaner car, after I bring it back to get it checked. Will NEVER bring any business to this crooked business.

It was a great pleasure working with Matt Williams. He was an excellent salesman. He explained all the differences between the 2 models we were interested in and let us make an informed purchase. He did not try and sway us into purchasing the more expensive model. He was prompt in returning the numerous emails back and forth and made the entire experience great

You could sell bottled water for those of us who do not drink soda. Other than that... your dealership lacks nothing. I have only had service work done three times. They greet you and seem very interested in taking care of each situation in a timely manner. I would not even think of taking my vehicle to any other dealership. Thank you very much for your professionalism.

I have had nothing but good experiences with the service dept. at all levels. I have to admit... I had misgivings when Saturn shut down... as to where I could go to get that same high quality of service that I always received from them [I never had anyone else service my Saturn for the entire 15 years I had my first one]. When I received the news that you would be the new authorized Saturn service people I hoped you would be good. You`ve totally surpassed my expectations and intend to have no one else service my new Saturn but you. Thank you!

The service department has always been great. I have never had an issue... that`s why I keep coming back. Randy and Mike are the 2 best guys you have. As long as they are there I will continue to bring my Tahoe or any other vehicle I have in for service.

South Pointe Chevrolet is a dishonest and totally unethical company...



I'm from out-of-state and was bidding on a convertible they advertised on Ebay. We bid in good faith, met the "reserve" price and won the bid. We were there when the bid ended and they refused to sell us the vehicle because they supposedly sold it to someone else for more money.



Another thing you should know... South Pointe Chevrolet and South Pointe Dodge Chrysler share the same used car facility and lot, as well as sales persons. If you're disatisfied with either of these companies, flag their adverts on CraigsList, so others don't become victim to their criminal practices.
