Brandon attended the University of Oklahoma School of Law, graduating in 2000. Immediately upon graduating he began his career at the Oklahoma County District Attorney’s Office. In 2002, he returned home to Tulsa after accepting a position at the Tulsa County District Attorney’s Office as a prosecutor designated to handle cases involving child abuse and neglect. He was eventually named as the Director of the Crimes Against Children and Juvenile Divisions of the District Attorney’s Office. During his time as a prosecutor Brandon tried dozens of cases, including many of Tulsa County’s highest profile homicide and child abuse cases, which is where he sharpened his skills in managing complex medical-legal issues and expert witnesses.

Wrongful Termination
David graduated from the University of Kansas in 1990 and attended the University of Oklahoma College of Law, graduating in 1993. For over twenty years, he has been defending health care professionals in medical malpractice cases in state and federal courts throughout the United States and in matters before regulatory and licensing agencies. Additionally, David has represented a number of hospital systems in assorted employment law issues including wrongful termination lawsuits, alleged violations of the FMLA Act, whistle blower liability, retaliatory discharge, and wage and hour claims. He has a multi-state practice and regularly handles cases involving catastrophic injuries. He is often a speaker on such issues as Medical Staff Services, Hospital Corporate Liability, Negligent Credentialing, Medical Charting, EMTALA, Risk Management Investigations, and effective Trial Strategy and Litigation Tactics.
Employment Contract
We believes that the best way to prevent litigation is to act before a claim arises. To this end, our attorneys consult with employers and management personnel in the development of policies and programs to prevent misunderstandings between management and employees. While many issues in this field require technical knowledge or daunting compliance requirements, our experience allows us to advise each client in a manner that is comprehensible. Likewise, we tailor our services to meet each client’s specific needs, whether it be in matters such as insurance and risk management, employment contracts, regulatory compliance or employment decisions.
Employment Litigation
In advising clients in employment law, we recognize that effective representation requires careful statutory and regulatory analysis, knowledge of current legislative or judicial developments and the ability to defend when necessary. Our experience in this area includes litigating wage disputes, defense of management and employers in a variety of cases, and matters involving EMTALA, HIPAA and COBRA. In addition, our attorneys are familiar with minimizing risks in hiring, firing and disciplining employees.

Our firm provides a full range of legal services tailored to the transportation and logistics industry. Specifically, the attorneys at Rodolf & Todd have extensive experience representing trucking companies and insurers in the defense of personal injury claims arising out of accidents, including catastrophic injury claims. Our attorneys understand the critical importance of an immediate response to accidents in the transportation industry. Through a combination of training, collaboration with other attorneys, and experience in various areas of the law, our attorneys offer transportation clients with intricate knowledge of the challenges faced by the transportation industry. Using this multidisciplinary approach, our firm aggressively pursues the interests of our clients in a cost effective manner.
Medical Malpractice
(J.D., University of Tulsa, 2004). Jason joined the firm in 2009. Since joining Rodolf & Todd he has focused exclusively on the defense of healthcare providers, handling a variety of complex medical malpractice cases in which he has defended both hospitals and physicians. Like many others in the firm, his practice is also a regional one that extends beyond the State of Oklahoma to include the defense of hospitals in New Mexico and Texas. Prior to joining the firm, he spent five years as an Assistant District Attorney where he acquired significant trial experience as a lead prosecutor, including thirty five jury trials. Most of his trials came as a member of the Major Crimes Unit Prosecution Team and involved cases against the most violent offenders. Jason’s undergraduate degrees in biology and chemistry have served him well in mastering the often complex issues associated with medical litigation.

Estate Planning
Austin is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. He completed law school at Saint Louis University School of Law in May 2021. Austin received Academic Excellence Awards for Legal Research and Writing II and Estate Planning. He clerked for two summers at Rodolf & Todd while in law school and is currently an Associate lawyer with the firm. Austin is admitted to the Oklahoma Bar as well as the Northern, Eastern and Western Federal District Courts for Oklahoma.
