In short he is a workers comp dr. for hire. His exams are slanted regardless of whats really wrong wit you. I knew something was up right away and continued to see advice from my normal PCP while under his care for my on the job injury. If it was not for that I would have been at this guys mercy which could have injured me more. After 1 exam with Dr. Paul I was in tears he did not care that I was in pain just wanted to say in his report I could perform certain duties for the ins. company. My advice do like I did and ask the judge for a different Dr. because this guys crazy!
