Richter, MD, FACP has over 50 years of experience in neurological and psychiatric diseases, such as stroke, epilepsy, neuropathy, MS, Parkinson's or depression and anxiety. In addition to maintaining his private practice in neurology and neuropsychiatry, Dr. Richter uses his unparalleled experience in the field of clinical research. He is the founder and president of Tulsa Clinical Research LLC, an independent research center. ​ Dr. Richter is a Board-certified child and adult neurologist and Board-eligible trained psychiatrist. ​ Dr. Richter is Clinical Professor of Neurology and Psychiatry at the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine in Tulsa.

        Dr. Richter is an excellent physician. He truly cares about people and it shows in his attitude with his patients. His research with Alzheimer's Disease and his continuing outreach to educate the public and other physicians about the care of patients with this horrific disease seem to be his main priority besides the safety of his patients. If you or someone you know has any type of memory loss or other brain dysfunction Dr. Richter is definitely the man to see.
