Polo Grill

I ate the best Eggs Benedict I've ever had this morning at the Polo Grill. The service was impeccable, and the atmosphere during Sunday's brunch was enhanced by a very good guitarist.

Good experience, great food & wine.

I've been here before during normal lunchtime, and told my husband about the great Eggs Benedict . He was recently online and found some deal at Polo Grill where he got a special price on Brunch. When we arrived, they placed us in "special seating" in the lounge area, instead of the normal dining area. After my husband had purchased the offer, there was a stipulation saying we should call ahead, stating that we got the offer and make a reservation. It was obvious when we arrived and found other guests sitting around us who had purchased the same offer, that we "bargain diners" were steered away from potential high dollar diners. They claimed the normal dining area had already been booked, even though, when we looked over into that room, it was completely empty.



Why my husband would purchase a discounted dinner from the Polo Grill is beyond me, but even more numb-sculled is Polo Grill making such an offer. Talk about over-promise...under-deliver. This was an embarrassment to the establishment, who prides themselves on excellence. The advertised Eggs Benedict with the enchanting picture wasn't even on our

"Brunch" menu, and my "Cristo" was sub-par.



As I saw a rather larger-built older man grunt, as he wedged himself into a poorly padded cocktail chair, I asked myself if this is the impression that Polo Grill wishes to make on newly captured clientele?

The Polo is a great place to take out of town guests to show them what Tulsa really has to offer. I have never been disappointed.
