Pink Poodle

Won't be returning. Took my Australian shepherd here for a wash,dry,shave and nail trim. We warned her that our dog nips and needs to be muzzled. When we picked him up he was cowering under the tub. The women was EXTREMELY rude and said he nipped at her. Well yeah! That's why I said muzzle him. She didn't even brush him out and barely dried him. She told me I could go back and pull him out because she wasn't going to. When I walked into the grooming room my dog was acting like he had been beaten and it took me 5 minutes to persuade him to come to me. This broke my heart. He had clumps of hair falling out everywhere. Once I got him out she was "kind enough" to not charge me the extra for nail clipping. Although she did nothing more than bathe him and he smelled terrible so I doubt that even happened! So unhappy. Warn everyone to go somewhere else because this place is NOT what you want your animal around. I wish I could remember her name for future customers. Also they had about 7 dogs running free in the grooming room that were non stop barking. Not a calm place...
