Moss Seat Covers

Moss Seat Covers did an excellent job. I dropped off my Mastercraft boat to replace a seat cushion that had blown out on the road. Jodee looked at the boat and said she could fix it. She also recommended other work that would make the upholstery look better. She was very friendly and was right about the improvement that their work would make on the boat. They made the new seat and replaced some of the other upholstery that was sun damaged. The new seat match is amazing.....it looks like the factory seat. All of the upholstery looks awesome now. They did the job in one week and it was ready at 2 p.m. on the day they said it would. It cost what they quoted. The price was fair. I'm not sure why others have had trouble but my experience was great. I would go back and use them again. Scott

I have nothing but praise for Moss Seat Covers. Jodee knows her stuff and is very helpful and the rest of the staff have been great. I've now had a chair and ottoman recovered, 2 chairs restored and recovered, and a bench built and covered by Moss and they do beautiful work. They have a huge selection of fabrics available, the prices are in line with other companies, and the workmanship is outstanding. I will gladly use them next time I need something recovered.

We took our Cadillac to this place to have a vinyl top put on. Jodee was very friendly and kind through out the ordeal. Come day to pick the car up, Jodee is out of town and we have to deal with manager Sherry. She was rude on the phone and then rude when we showed up at 5 as she directed us to. I confronted her about it at which point she was kinder in tone but the work was not done. Talked to her at 6:30 and she said to be there at 7. Showed up and she jacked the bill $130!. Claimed that they needed to buy some tape for the back window and it cost her that much. Argued with her and she finally conceded but was back to being rude. Will NEVER go back there again.
