La Donna Cullinan took a trip to Napa Valley with her husband Jack and, as they say, the rest is history. After going into a little food store there, they thought We should open a store like this in Tulsa. How much fun would that be? We've been in business 6 years and it's been tons of fun and work, but worth every minute. We call it La Donna's Fancy Foods because sometimes the word gourmet can be just a little intimidating. Food should not be intimidating or pretentious; it should be enjoyable, delicious and fun! We've got that covered. We are not experts here at La Donna's and don't pretend to be. But, we know what we sell and have tried almost everything in the store. We search high and low for the finest and best quality food products available. Nothing cutesy here. If we aren't impressed, we don't sell it. What we specialize in is Cheese and Chocolate. You won't find a better selection of either in the state and it is always changing for the better. We also carry a nice variety of "Made in Oklahoma". Then, of course, there's the "Handmade La Donna's" appetizers, the pasta, the salsas, the beans, the rice ( including La Donna's own special blends ), the oils and vinegars, the sauces, the seasonings, the beverages, not to mention the kitchen and gift items.
