        Rude and Unhelpful

        I've been into Joanne's on 71st a handful of times and without a doubt everytime I have a bad experience with a rude worker or in this last trip multiple workers. No one is ever pleasant. They are great at making you feel stupid and your time worthless. I will no longer give that store my time or money. I'll take my business and expectation of descent customer service elsewhere.

        Avoid this store like the Plague!!!!! Employees are RUDE, RUDE, RUDE! I visit the 41st Street store where the employees understand how to treat their customers. If this store doesn't have what I'm looking for then I go to Hancocks.
