General Info
Our motto is that we take extra time to be kind to your pets. This has been the most important thing to me plus being consistent with the quality of your grooming from one visit to the next. And also hopefully having your pet get to know the groomer by having the same person groom your pet each time it comes in so there becomes a bond between them.

We continue to take our older Yorkies, Angel and Baby to be groomed by Brooke. She does a fabulous job. She is so gentle with them. So thankful we found a great place to get our "kids" groomed.

When I called to make the appointment for my 6 month old puppy to get her first haircut they said they may not be able to do it because she may be too scared. That should have been enough warning for me not to take her. I asked them to give her a full groom and haircut. When I went to pick her up, I foolishly paid before seeing her. They didn't cut her body hair whatsoever. All they did was trim her nails, trim the hair on her feet, bathe her, and give her a "hygiene" trim, although the hair around her bottom is still very long. They charged $40 for this, and when I said I wasn't happy and wanted my money back, they refused. Their reasoning for not cutting my 8 pound puppy's hair is that they were worried she would bite them. I've trimmed her nails and bathed her at home twice a month since I've had her and she has NEVER even hinted that she was scared or that she would bite. I understand that it's a new place with new sounds and smells, but shouldn't a professional groomer be able to calm the puppy down enough to get the job done? Or if not, should they charge full price for the minimal work they did get done?

Beware!! Bait & Switch Scam!!!

Website says very clearly what the prices are and what services are provided for each service but when I called I was given a COMPLETELY different price and they refused to honor their website saying "those are old prices and we must have not updated the site yet" but the prices they are charging me are 45% higher than the website. That's a RIDICULOUS price change!! Don't fall for their bait and switch like I did. Don't give your money to these dishonest people!!!

I took my Great Dane in for a shed treatment about two weeks ago, not only does he have a funky smell to him, he is still shedding all over the place. I won't be going back.

They really care about my pets so i feel comfortable leaving them. i always get what i ask for and they take time to love on my dogs and make them feel at home while they are there. i would thoroughly recommend them to anyone needing an experienced groomer.
