I worked with ECA sales associate Moa and he was amazing. He was patient, very kind, well informed and very easy to work with. Moa DID NOT high pressure sale me and I found the credit department understanding and willing to help me get into a vehicle that was perfect for me and my needs. I didn't think I would qualify for a new car due to having some recent bad credit issues, I came to Express Credit Auto and they were very pleasant and not "pushy" which if you are buying a Car you appreciate. Mandy my sales person was very personable and I enjoyed my experience with Express Credit Auto I will Definatley recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a car. Thanks Express Credit Auto for helping us Out.

I had been searching for a car for a pretty long time and had actually got to the point where I was depressed about it, I had been to this actually car lot before but it was actually evening time and I didn't really see anything that caught my eye. This particular day I hopped out of a friends car and saw the pontiac gt g6 and every dealership I went to kept telling me I would need at least 1800 down but the rep at credit auto express (Mandy) came up to me and ask me what I was looking for I didn't get the 08 g6 pontiac that I once wanted but when she let me drove the 06 Grand Prix It was smooth, fast and very spacious is the thing I mostly like about it. I am very happy with my car.

Had a great experience here!!! **UPDATE** I am regretting my purchase 2 months later. They constantly text/call when the payment is due (not late..due) and if you are a couple of days late they call everyone on your contact list. Really? I can't always make it in before they close and the website to make payments never works so, the calls/text continue. Plus my vehicle was in their shop for 2 weeks and within 48 hrs of picking it up I had a brand new problem. Not really trusting their repair department and hating the constant calls! I'm considering looking elsewhere and taking the hit on my credit and taking the vehicle back. My buying experience was great but the aftermath isn't worth it for me. Never again...

was excited all day and night the night before but when I got there and started talking numbers I was immediately upset because things changed dramatically from what I was told the day before

I looked at one of their lots just to see their prices a YEAR AND A HALF AGO! I bought a different car from a different dealer and these people will not stop emailing and calling me! GO TO H*LL!! Leave me alone! I have asked many times and they wont listen. Do not EVER give this company any of your information!!!!!
