We have received the catalog for years and have recently started shopping the website. Love them both! Great customer service. Always have been able to get what I want when I need it.

Before Christmas 2009 I purchased a pair of child cowboy boots as a gift and received an order confirmation email that had in very small print that they were to be backordered until January. As soon as I saw this email and the backorder notice, I called to cancel the order, in which the girl asked me my info and told me that the order had been placed for cancellation. As of yesterday, I recieved another email saying my shipment had been sent out and that my credit card had been charged. I just called and was told "I'm sorry, it shows no note of you calling, next time get a name." I was also told that I can return them and receive a refund, but of course I will have to pay the return fee...TOTAL B.S.!!! This is the worst customer service I have ever dealt with and will NEVER purchase anything from the store again. In addition I will make sure that no one I know will purchase from them. They were "fake" nice on the phone only to say it is all my fault for their screw ups! Great work in a bad economy,..you'd think they'd be trying to keep customers, but obviously not!
