Dr Shadid is Kind, caring, knowledgable. He knows EVERYTHING about the psychiatric community. He listens, he refers, he helps. He is willing to listen when you are having problems with a medication. His staf is willing to respond to calls satisfactorily and we are able to make some medication changes by phone. Allow appropriate time for a response . We are happy with the care we get there.

Provided by Doctor.comWell, first off (and not the worst issue) you shouldn't get your hopes up expecing a call back when leaving messages on the Voice Mail. The thing I hated the most through the years of see Dr. Shadid was that the staff. It was as if they assumed everyone was mentally unstable. You can hear it in their tone when they speak, look and treat you. I was only there for ADD and mild depression. It's like they felt free to treat you like crap because who would believe you about their rudeness and unpro...
