General Info: Dr. Foley is a Tulsa native. She graduated from the University of Tulsa Nursing school, cum laude, in 1984 and pursued a career in critical care and nursing education, and even experienced a couple of years in hospital nursing administration. She never stopped dreaming of becoming a physician, and at the age of 40, graduated from Oklahoma State University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Tulsa. Dr. Foley then went on to complete an Internal Medicine Residency at OSU Medical Center, where she was honored to serve as Chief Resident for the Internal Medicine Program. After working for 2 years as an internist in a private practice rheumatology office, Dr. Foley was selected in 2007 to join the University of Oklahoma Rheumatology Department as a fellow. She has enjoyed practicing as a rheumatologist in Tulsa since 2009.
