Crestwood clinic is a small down to earth clinic located on 51st between Yale and Harvard. The overall service is pronominal and I suggest if your looking for a clinic that specializes in personal injury, workers comp or weight loss you have to try this place out. The staff is as friendly as they come and the medical care they offer is quick, easy and works every time! I am a Air Force Major and I have to say this this clinic is more orderly and friendly than any I have ever been to. I have lost 20 pounds while enrolled in there weight loss program and I have had tremendous help in getting treatment on my hurt back.This will be the only clinic ill be going to in the future.
