        Overall

        Been working with Charles for many years and just recently found out how uneducated he was letting me operate when trusted with my tax work. I feel let down and am disappointed I trusted this firm with my work. I retrieved my documents all my tax documents and will not trust this company to handle my taxes again. Very very very dissatisfied and let down customer.
