Beyond the Gym is the creation of a doctor of physical therapy and a US Veteran Personal Trainer. Together they have created a facility that provides the best opportunities for members to reach their fitness goals in the healthiest and most effective ways possible. We provide physical therapy services along with personal training to help repair past and prevent future injuries. Matt and Shane's love for people has created a family environment where everyone is encouraged to be their best selves physically and mentally!
