I saw Miss Mitwalli on June 14 and was told she would check with Dr Mittal concerning a problem I was having with my total knee replacement. She said I would get a call on the 15th. I called back on the 16th and talked with customer care. Still no one has returned my call. I have been a patient with TOC since 1997. Dr. Alan Holderness. TOC is going down hill with long waits and poor aftercare.
