Arby's

I just called this location to place an order for 40 of the Market Fresh boxed meals advertised on the catering menu. The person that answered the phone said" I don't know what that is, the sandwiches come wrapped in paper..." and then she said "you called Arby's"...I told her yes I did and hung up. Seriously?

I love arby's food but everytime i go to this location i never get my whole order or the condiments i asked for and a few times they get the entire order wrong the workers are horribly rude and un friendly. Act like they hate their job.
