LYING, THEIVING, INCOMPETANT, BASTARDS. These 4 words should repel anyone from further inquiries about this place. I’m from WA state having high hopes about this company because their rates seemed fair and not really looking into their reviews I bought their insurance. Their agents are incompetent and thieving dimwits. They space/blank out and don’t listen to a single word you say. I always pay for 6 months in advance, of course, cash and in full. 3 months later I added a 2nd vehicle and of course paid out the premium. Then after 3 months I get a statement/bit in the mail stating that I owe another $400+! WTF! After some investigating, I found out that the so called agent switched the coverages of my 2 cars and now after they’ve “reviewed and made corrections” to my policy I owe over $400!!! I am NOT at fault for that mishap and after many, pointless calls and meetings, I STILL must pay or else it the collections for me! If only I had the funds and patience to pursue legal action, I’d get them good. So, BEWARE, these people do not compromise or try to help you in anyway.
